Indoor - Team Registration Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

1. OBJECTIVE

To reward the team that demonstrates the greatest urgency and organizational skill by securing the highest number of "Entry Credits" prior to the team registration cutoff.

2. THE ENTRY SYSTEM

This is about when teams register in RAMP. Teams earn 1 Entry for every team registered, plus the number of days remaining until the deadline.

The Formula: Total Contest Entries = 1 + Days until Aug 12 at 4pm

Clarification: August 12 counts as 1 entry, August 11 is two entries, August 10 is three entries, etc.

3. ENTRIES EXAMPLE

• Scenario A (Early Bird): A team registers on August 1st (11 days before the deadline).

  • Calculation: 1 + 11 days = 12 Contest Entries.

• Scenario B (Last Minute): A team registers on August 12th (the deadline day).

  • Calculation: 1 + 0 day = 1 Contest Entries.

• Result: The sooner you enter the better chance you have to win!

4. ELIGIBILITY | REGISTRATION RULES

• Qualifying Registrations: Only fully completed registrations (including first payment) count toward the total number of entries.

• The Cutoff: The contest officially ends on August 12th at 4:00 PM. Any registrations processed at 4:01 PM or later do not count toward contest entries - though they may still register for the league.

5. FINAL SELECTION

All entries will be added to the pot, and the Team randomly selected will be declared the winner on August 14 with Initial Alignment.

6. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

The $1,000 prize will be awarded to the Team Captain if team fees were paid in full. If not paid in full, the $1000 will be applied to Indoor team fees.
