If you have multiple games, please submit them one at a time.

For tournament assigning, please reach out directly to the assignor (admin@saskatoonadultsoccer.com), requesting a tournament assigning contract.

Assigning Requests must be received 7 days before the game. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The purpose of this form is to request sanctioned Match Officials, registered with SSA and the SDSRAI  (Saskatchewan Soccer Association / Saskatoon & Disctict Soccer Referee Association Inc.)

A Friendly game is only considered sanctioned once:

1. This form along with the payment has been submitted to the office, respecting the deadline
2. A confirmation e-mail has been sent to you from the office
3. Rosters have been submitted to the office, using the excel template
4. A Gamesheet has been produced by the office and submitted back to you for printing 

ONLY Registered players can partake in Friendly games. You will need to submit: Team Name,  First Name, Last Name & Date Of Birth. Click here to download roster template

To allow time for verification of the eligibility of all players; Rosters for the games(s) must be submitted:

-2 business days before kick-off time, if ALL players are registered with Saskatoon Adult Soccer for the current active season

-4 business days before kick-off time, if 1 or more players are registered with another Member Organization for the current active season

An official gamesheet will be sent to you. Only players on the provided gamesheet will be allowed to play. 

Players cannot be added to the game sheet.  NO PERMITS ALLOWED 

Playing unapproved players will result in an ineligible player suspension. 

Discipline:

Schedule A applies to all sanctioned Friendly games

Red card suspension from Friendly game can only be served in the Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS) league.

Players suspended for Violent Conduct are prohibited from playing in friendly and/or tournament games until the suspension has been served in the SAS league.

GAME PROCEDURE:

ALL games require a game sheet which must be supplied to the Match Official. The game sheet serves as the Referee's timecard and is essential for Discipline purposes. 

 Make sure to print the game sheet sent to you by the office and give it to the Match Official before the game.

Responsibilities regarding Game Cancellations:

• Teams will give a minimum of 1 business day (24 hours) to the Assignor for any game cancellation. A refund, minus a 10$ admin fee, will be issued.
•  If notification is not given, and therefore the referee(s) are not informed, there will be no refund.
