Tournament Player Registration - Current OUTSIDE SK
All tournaments hosted by or in conjunction with SAS are sanctioned, and therefore all players must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (or their given provincial association) by way of a Member Organization (MO) such as Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS).
PLAYERS CURRENTLY REGISTERED OUTSIDE OF SK
If a player/team is already registered through a provincial body that is a member of CSA, you are required to submit a travel permit. The Individual Player Registration Fee will not need to be paid again.
We do need confirmation of that you are in good standing and currently registered.
REQUIREMENTS:
Players/Teams must receive approval from their district and provincial associations to travel/play out of province.
It is the player's responsibility to obtain their travel permit.
Please cc SAS when you request the travel permit with confirmation from your governing body at info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com.
The governing body can send the travel permit with confirmation of good standing and registration to info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com.
Please visit your given provincial association's website for additional details to Team Travel Permits, Guest Player Permits (also called Temporary Registration or Individual Travel Permit - Out of Province) etc.
SAS MUST RECEIVE THE TRAVEL PERMIT CONFIRMATION BY THE PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IF THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY SAS AFTER THE DEADLINE.
SAS will add you to the team roster once we received the approved travel permit.
The $45 fee is non-refundable if paid by player when they should not register.
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED/ASSIGNED TO THEIR TEAM BY THE GIVEN TOURNAMENT DEADLINE!
