Tournament Player Registration - Current OUTSIDE SK

All tournaments hosted by or in conjunction with SAS are sanctioned, and therefore all players must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (or their given provincial association) by way of a Member Organization (MO) such as Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS).

PLAYERS CURRENTLY REGISTERED OUTSIDE OF SK

If a player/team is already registered through a provincial body that is a member of CSA, you are required to submit a travel permit. The Individual Player Registration Fee will not need to be paid again.

We do need confirmation of that you are in good standing and currently registered and PLAYERS WILL NEED TO ADD THEMSELVES TO THEIR TOURNAMENT ROSTER VIA RAMP WITH A TEAM CODE FROM YOUR TEAM CONTACT. THE PROMO CODE WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY TOURNAMENT HOST.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Players/Teams must receive approval from their district and provincial associations to travel/play out of province.

• It is the player's responsibility to obtain their travel permit.

• SAS MUST RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION FROM THE MO AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE TO ALLOW TIME FOR YOU TO REGISTER YOURSELF WITH A PROMO CODE FROM SAS. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY SAS AFTER THESE 4:00pm DEADLINES:

  • Wednesday, January 14 for the Travel Permit Request with info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com cc'd on the email

  • Monday, January 19 for the Approval from the MO directly sent to info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com

  • Wednesday, January 21 for the Player(s) to add themself to the Chills roster via Player Registration

• Please visit your given provincial association's website for additional details to Team Travel Permits, Guest Player Permits (also called Temporary Registration or Individual Travel Permit - Out of Province) etc.

• SAS MUST RECEIVE THE TRAVEL PERMIT CONFIRMATION BY THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IF THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY SAS AFTER THE DEADLINE AND UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE.

Participants will add themselves to their team's roster by the aforementioned player registration deadline.

The $45 fee is non-refundable if paid by player when they should not register.
