All participants are required to register themselves via the RAMP registration platform.
Any person on the bench must REGISTER TO A TEAM as either a player or Team Personnel with the code given by Team Contacts.
Individual Player Registration and Team Personnel Registration will open after Final Alignment when divisions have been set and teams have been accepted/placed in their final division. The team contacts will receive more information to forward to their players once we have placed the teams into a division.
Once registered, players and team personnel will appear on a roster and game sheets.
Individual Player Registration fee is $40 per season.
Team Personnel fee is $10 per season.
The Individual Player Registration fee is in addition to league fees. (For league fees, payment is made directly to your team contact. See League Fees page for details.)
Each individual player is required to register with Saskatoon Adult Soccer and, in turn, the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA). The advantage of being apart of SSA is the inclusion of soccer throughout the world. SAS is an official member of SSA, CSA, and FIFA. This allows us to have sanctioned referees, insurance, and are able to partake in events such as the Open Cup, Soccer for Life Provincials, Westerns and the National Championship. We also support our Canada Men's & Women's national soccer teams via the individual player registration fee. This would not be possible without SAS being a Member Organization of Saskatchewan Soccer Association.
PLEASE! Do not register as a participant! You need to Register to Your Team via the link/code provided to you by your team contact!
The Individual Player Registration fee will need to be paid before a player can partake in a game. (Suspensions will occur if players violate this rule. See the Ineligible Players section of our Rules & Regulations.) Upon registration the player will be automatically added to the team roster.
The Individual Player Registration fee is an amalgamation of the following fees: - $32.00 Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) Individual Player fee - $5.50 Capital Improvement - $2.50 Transaction Fees
This $40 fee is non-refundable. During the current season, you only pay this fee once for our league regardless of the number of teams you are playing on.
The indoor season runs from October - April. The outdoor season runs from May - September.
All individuals playing in the Outdoor 2022 season are required to register themselves via the Individual Player Registration link/code or invitation. An email will be sent to the team contacts to notify their players when it's time to register.
The Individual Player Registration fee and Team Personnel fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENT
Individual Player Registration need to be completed online and can be paid with a Credit Card or via E-transfer. We also accept cash in-office but not cheques, debit or credit.
E-TRANSFERS
E-transfers are now an accepted method of payment. Please follow the E-transfer instructions when completing your Individual Player Registrations online.
It's important that the e-transfer for your individual player registration fee is sent to the office BEFORE you step onto the field for your first game.
Failing to do so, will result in you being deemed an ineligible player and will result in the game being overturned as well as a 1-game suspension.
BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND YOUR TEAM'S NAME AS THE NOTE.
PLAYING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS
Players can play (and must register) on multiple teams if they are on teams in different leagues. To be an eligible player, registration to the team must be done PRIOR to participating.
Permitting, however, is playing on a secondary team within your division and registration is not required and, in fact, discouraged. Players SHOULD NOT register on multiple teams within one league or suspensions will apply.
See the Permitting page including the hierarchy to know where you can permit for the division you are registered.
The different leagues for the outdoor season are:
Men’s/Women’s
Masters Men/Masters Women
Coed
Coed Masters
Legends Men/Legends Women
AGE MINIMUM
You must be at least (15) fifteen years of age before you can participate in any SAS sanctioned games.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT - RAMP
Players will need to create an account. Team Contact will share a link/code with their players.
Your account is linked to the email address with which you register. (If your partner registers you with their email, that's who will receive email updates and will maintain the history of the player.)
Ideally, you use your own email address consistently each season. RAMP does not recognize the player but, instead, the email address.
Players who change email addresses for different events throughout the season will not be reimbursed for additional registrations for different accounts.
We cannot change or even see your password. If you forget, you can click on FORGOT PASSWORD under the sign-in box on RAMP's registration platform.
