Indoor Individual Player Registration - Details

Welcome to Indoor 2023-2024!

All individuals playing in the Indoor 2023-2024 season are required to register themselves via the Individual Player Registration form found below. The Individual Player Registration fee is $45 for the entirety of the indoor season.

Individual Player Registration and Team Personnel Registration will open on Wednesday, September 20.

The Individual Player Registration fee is in addition to league fees. (For league fees, payment is made directly to your team contact. See League Fees page for details.)

Each individual player is required to register with Saskatoon Adult Soccer and, in turn, the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA). The advantage of being apart of SSA is the inclusion of soccer throughout the world. SAS is an official member of SSA, CSA, and FIFA. This allows us to have sanctioned referees, insurance, and can partake in events such as the Open Cup, Soccer for Life Provincials, Canada Soccer Westerns, Regionals, and the National Championship. We also support our Canada Men's & Women's national soccer teams via the individual player registration fee. This would not be possible without SAS being a Member Organization of Saskatchewan Soccer Association.

The Individual Player Registration fee will need to be paid before a player can partake in a game. (Suspensions will occur if players violate this rule. See the Ineligible Players section of our Rules & Regulations.)

Upon registration the player will be automatically added to the team roster.

This fee increased due to taxes and a RAMP fee. It has not increased since 2014, but unfortunately, the increase is now required to cover the additional fees.

The Individual Player Registration fee is an amalgamation of the following fees:

     - $32.00 Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) Individual Player fee
     - $5.50 Capital Improvement
     - $1.54 Online Transaction fees
     - $1.50 RAMP fees
     - $2.03 GST
     - $2.43 PST

This $45 fee is non-refundable. During the current season, you only pay this fee once for our league regardless of the number of teams you are playing on.

The Team Personnel Registration fee is made up of the following fees:

     - $10.00 Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) Team Personnel fee
     - $.50 GST
     - $.60 PST

This $11.10 fee is non-refundable. During the current season, you only pay this fee once for our league regardless of the number of teams you are coaching.

The indoor season runs from October - April.
The outdoor season runs from May - September.

PAYMENT

Individual Player Registration must be completed online and can be immediately paid via credit/debit.

IMPORTANT: We no longer accept e-transfers for Individual Player Registration. Players can either pay debit/credit online or via cash at the office.

If you choose cash at the office, allow time to register at the same time. Registration cannot take place online unless online payment is selected.

E-TRANSFERS

E-transfers are no longer an accepted method of payment for Individual Player Registration or Team Personnel.

E-transfers may only be sent for Team Fees, Reschedules, Fines, Protest fees, and Blacklist fees.

PLAYING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS

Players can play (and must register) on multiple teams if they are on teams in different leagues. To be an eligible player, registration to the team must be done PRIOR to participating.

Permitting, however, is playing on a secondary team and registration is not required and, in fact, discouraged. Players SHOULD NOT register on multiple teams within one league or suspension will apply.

Players may permit across to other leagues but may only permit UP within the same league.

See the Permitting page including the hierarchy to know where you can permit for the division you are registered.

Suspensions will apply if permitting errors are made.

The different leagues for the Indoor Season (and their field type) are:

  • Competitive Men's/Women's (boarded)

  • Competitive Men’s/Women’s (turf)

  • Competitive Masters Men/Women (boarded)

  • Competitive Coed (boarded)

  • Competitive Coed Masters (turf)

SPECTATORS

We encourage players to bring their families to their games. Admission is free at both centres. Please use the North doors at the Sports Centre during the indoor season.

NEW RULES

Please see the Indoor Rules - Updated page to view all the new rules commencing this indoor season.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT - RAMP

Players will need to create an account. Team Contacts will share a link/code with their players.

Your account is linked to the email address with which you register. (If someone else registers you with their email, they will receive email updates and will maintain the history of you, the player.)

Ideally, you use your own email address consistently each season. RAMP does not recognize the player but, instead, the email address.

Players who change email addresses for different events throughout the season will not be reimbursed for additional registrations for different accounts.

We cannot change or even see your password. If you forget, you can click on FORGOT PASSWORD under the sign-in box on RAMP's registration platform.
