Tournament Player Registration - Current SK

All tournaments hosted by or in conjunction with SAS are sanctioned, and therefore all players must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (or their given provincial association) by way of a Member Organization (MO) such as Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS).

PLAYERS CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITHIN SK BUT NOT SAS

If a player is registered elsewhere in the province with a Member Organization (MO) of SSA (i.e.: Prince Albert, FCR etc.) you do not need to pay the Individual Player Registration Fee again.

We do need confirmation of that you are in good standing and currently registered and ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED TO ADD THEMSELVES TO THEIR TOURNAMENT ROSTER VIA RAMP WITH A TEAM CODE FROM YOUR TEAM CONTACT. THE PROMO CODE WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY TOURNAMENT HOST.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Players are responsibility to have their home association send the confirmation of current registration and good standing directly to SAS.

• Emails can be sent ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE for different tournaments:

  • For January Chills or Just For Kicks please cc SAS (info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com) when you request the confirmation from your MO

• The MO can send the confirmation of good standing and registration to: info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com (Chills/JFK)

• SAS MUST RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION FROM THE MO AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE TO ALLOW TIME FOR YOU TO REGISTER YOURSELF WITH A PROMO CODE FROM SAS. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF THE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED BY SAS AFTER THE 4:00pm DEADLINES. SPECIFIC DATES CAN BE FOUND ON THE TOURNAMENT'S PAGE.

  • Travel Permit Request with info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com cc'd on the email

  • Approval from the MO directly sent to info@saskatoonadultsoccer.com

  • Player must add themself to the roster via Player Registration Team Code

• All players will register themselves to their respective tournament team

  • Any players submitting good standing and registration confirmation will receive a promocode to avoid paying the IPR fee again - once the confirmation is given to SAS.

  • The $45 fee is non-refundable - even if paid by player when they should have received confirmation instead.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED/ASSIGNED TO THEIR TEAM BY THE GIVEN TOURNAMENT DEADLINE!

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• Barnstone (Third Party)

If the above registration information does not apply, the other possibilities are:

• PLAYERS CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITH SASKATOON ADULT SOCCER (SAS)

• PLAYERS CURRENTLY REGISTERED OUTSIDE OF SK

• PLAYERS CURRENTLY NOT REGISTERED

• PLAYERS CURRENTLY NOT REGISTERED - JFK
