Indoor League Fees

Saskatoon Adult Soccer 2026-2027 Indoor League / Team Fees

Players must register as players to participate in the league, but player registration does not include the general costs associated with each team to play league. (See Individual Player Registration details for more information.)

League fees cover the following costs: administration, field rentals, prizes, sanctioned referee fees etc.

Saskatoon Adult Soccer is the official sanctioned league for adults in Saskatoon.  We are a Member Organization (MO) of Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA).  The advantage of being apart of SSA is the inclusion of soccer throughout the world.  SAS is an official member of SSA, CSA, and FIFA.  This allows us to have sanctioned tournaments and referees, insurance, and, as previously mentioned, our teams can partake in events such as the Open Cup, Soccer for Life Provincials, Canada Soccer Westerns, Regionals, and the National Championship.  We also support our Canada Men's & Women's national soccer teams.  This would not be possible without being a Member Organization of Saskatchewan Soccer Association.

 
 
INDOOR DEADLINE

Final Team Registration Deadline: 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 12.

Teams must have the first instalment paid by 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 12.

Teams that have not submitted their first instalment by this deadline will not be included in Initial Alignment and therefore they cannot appeal their placement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Teams can pay their league/team fees via credit/debit online when the team is registered or by e-transfer (EFT) to executivedirector@saskatoonadultsoccer.com with the password 'soccer'. 

The EFT must include your team’s name and your requested division in the description.

Teams can also pay by cash at the office. Debit is NOT available.

Individual Player Registration Fee: $45 for the Indoor season.

Additional information pertaining to individual player registration will be sent out to team contacts after team registrations are approved, including your Team Code or Team Invite for your players to join once the player registration opens.

NEW TEAM BOND

Any new team or new team contact must pay the $200 New Team Bond. The New Team Bond package must be included in the check-out of your Team Registration to finalize your registration.

Teams are “new” and require the team bond when the team and/or team contact have not participated in the league in for 2 years.

LATE FEES

Any team that is late in submitting their team fees and/or registration form must also pay a late fee of $110 per day to be accepted.  If paying by e-transfer, the date of the late payment is the date of the submission.  No exceptions.  Teams will not be considered otherwise.
  

TEAM WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES/REFUND POLICY

Penalties will not be charged to teams that withdraw their registration by the registration deadline.  The following schedule of penalties will be in effect if a team withdraws from the SAS League after the registration deadline:

1 - 2 calendar days after the registration deadline: $100 fine
3 - 7 calendar days after the registration deadline: $500 fine
8 - 21 calendar days after the registration deadline: 50% of Total Fees*
22 - 28 calendar days after the registration deadline: 75% of Total Fees*
29 calendar days or more after the registration deadline: 100% of Total Fees*

* If not all instalments or full team fees were originally paid, the outstanding fees will be disbursed among the players listed on the roster and include the team contact if they are not a player. Participants will be blacklisted until payment is received. The Individual Player Registration fee will not be refunded.

RAMP WEBSITE | REGISTRATION SYSTEM

As of Outdoor 2020, we will be using RAMP as our website platform and registration system.

Please note that each team contact will need to create a profile to be able to register a team. You will use that same profile to register as a player, as well as for future SAS tournaments and seasons. 

Please make note of your email address and password for future registrations. We do not have access to this information. You can click on FORGET YOUR PASSWORD to receive an email from RAMP directly.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Teams with incomplete entries or those that don’t meet our requirements will not be considered.

Late entry teams will not appear on the Initial Alignment and cannot appeal their placement.

Registrations must have all the required forms filled out, including full/first instalment payment, and be submitted before the registration deadline to be considered and avoid late registration penalties.

You can verify your registration by clicking on My Teams in your RAMP portal. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive it promptly.

TEAM FEES: INSTALMENT DATES

1^st instalment due: Wednesday, August 12 or upon registration

2^nd instalment due: Wednesday, September 30

3^rd instalment due: Wednesday, November 4

All deadlines and payments are due by 4:00pm.

Payments can be made at any time prior to the instalment date. Either by sending it by e-transfer or by Paying Outstanding Amounts in your RAMP account.

IMPORTANT: If your first instalment is paid via credit card, RAMP stores your information and will automatically apply your 2^nd and 3^rd instalment to the credit card first used.

TEAM FEES OFFLINE - IN OFFICE PAYMENTS

We no longer accept cheques.  We accept cash at the office.

Alternatively, all team fees can be submitted online by credit card or by e-transfer to executivedirector@saskatoonadultsoccer.com with the password 'soccer'.

The EFT must include your team’s name and your requested division in the description. 


DELAYED PAYMENT REQUEST

Any teams requesting to have their team fees payment/deposit delayed is required to pay a $25 administration fee. The fee must be paid by e-transfer and is required one week prior to the instalment date, and with the Delayed Payment Request form. They can be sent to executivedirector@saskatoonadultsoccer.com with the password soccer.

The delayed payment will be due on the 10th business day after the original instalment date.
