NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

This is the time to express your concerns to the Executive regarding the direction the association should take for the year 2021 and beyond. Please have your team represented at the meeting.
Registration:
This year we will be holding our AGM at the “Sask Sport” building on Cynthia. To vote, please register by 5:00pm on Monday, December 13 by emailing executivedirector@saskatoonadultsoccer.com.
Voting:
Each senior affiliated team in good standing will be given one vote for each Indoor 2020/2021 team and each Outdoor 2021 team registered with the SAS. (Only one vote is granted per person in attendance). All fees must be paid to be classified as a member in “good standing". Youth teams shall have a voice but no vote.
Election:
There are nine positions open for election this year: Vice-President (2-year term), Finance Director (2-year term), and seven Director positions. Of the seven director positions, six are 2-year terms and one is a 1-year term.

Reports will be available to the teams for reading at 6:45pm at the AGM, and online December 9 on our Bylaws / AGM webpage.
Amendments:
Please review the Proposed Amendments to our Bylaws for the 2021 AGM submitted by our board.
