REGISTRATION BEFORE PARTICIPATION
EVERYONE on the bench MUST be REGISTERED and have PHOTO ID including Team Personnel.
EVERYONE on the bench MUST be AT LEAST 15 years old.
Make sure you are registered on your team PRIOR to playing. Be sure to hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the registration form. If not, you are ineligible and suspensions / overturned games will apply. You can verify you are registered.
PHOTO ID MUST BE PRESENT
Players and Team Personnel must have their Player ID Card, or their Canadian government issued photo ID present at games. Pictures of photo IDs are not accepted.
ID should be ready BEFORE the match. Games must start on time to keep everything moving!
GAME SHEETS
HOME team must pick up the game sheet from admissions.
BOTH TEAMS must verify the game sheets with a signature after the game.
